SLP training – Clinical Consultant will reach out to the SLP you are working with and offer remote training during treatment sessions, answer any questions they may have, and complete check ins during trial period.
Communication Partner training – A care partner success specialist (CPSS) will reach out to communication partner to offer remote training and support outside of treatment sessions and will answer any questions they have during the trial period.
Customization Support – Customization specialists will request personal information to be added to the device, which may include interests, communication partners, activities and scripts and add them to the clients account remotely.
